Sony showed off a few new of Xperia devices at the MWC 2014, like the Xperia Z2, and didn’t fall short of presenting a brand new tablet, the Xperia Z2 Tablet: the manufacturer’s lightest and thinnest waterproof tablet as of yet.

At a first glance, the Z2 Tablet doesn’t seem to have any huge changes when compared to its predecessor. The thick bezel around the display is a noticeable bold design choice and of course, the tablet was bestowed with Sony’s trademark OmniBalance design which they’ve been putting to practice since 2013. Just like Sony’s other devices, the Xperia Z2 Tablet is waterproof and dust resistant (IPX5/IPX8).
