A new firmware update of Samsung galaxy note 3 has now received all over the world. It’s an improved on the previous one having various fixes and resolved issues. Firmware build code is XXUBMJ1 which having it’s base as jellybean 4.3.
All you can update your note 3 via official notification directly or use Odin tool in case you don’t get that notification in your devices. Same the Odin method is described in remain of this article.
Download the stock XXUBMJ1 official jellybean 4.3 firmware packageDownload Odin 3 v3.071. Extract the downloaded packages of firmware and Odin tool.
2. Run Odin as administrator.
3. Switch off your phone and then connect it to the computer using USB cable.
4. Now switch the phone to download mode by- press and hold volume down, home and power button together until it boots again.
5. Odin will detect your device i.e. the note 3. You will found ID:COM section turns to blue or yellow shaded with message “Added”.
6. Now click on PDA tab and browse the firmware file having extension as .tar.md5 from the folder where you extracted the firmware package before.
7. After selection of firmware file just click on “Start” to begin the flashing process.
8. Flashing process will take approx 5-10 minutes, so don’t be panic.
After installation your phone will automatically reboot in new firmware, asking you to set the language preferences. You can disconnect the phone now.
Your phone has now updated with latest XXUBMJ1 official jellybean 4.3 firmware.
