There are still a few things we don’t know about Sony’s elusive Xperia Z3, but it looks like T-Mobile is going to be one of the carriers offering Sony’s latest device, whenever it’s announced.

T-Mobile has made an effort to carry multiple flagships from many different manufacturers, and even though the Xperia Z2 still hasn’t managed to make its way onto any US carriers, T-Mobile did carry the original Xperia Z. Since Sony’s devices have been received fairly well over the last few iterations, it makes sense for them to try and elbow into the US market, even if they can only get in on the ground floor.

The Z3 doesn’t look like it’ll offer a huge upgrade in hardware over the Z2, sporting a Snapdragon 801 CPU, a 1080p screen, and a 20.7 megapixel camera. Rumors do point to a major design overhaul, however, which might be Sony’s ticket to success.
